Custom-made, special-order, or clearance items cannot be returned unless defective.
Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or incorrect assembly are not eligible for return.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection of the returned item.
Shipping/delivery fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
